I have had a great overall experience with Epiq. I have always received assistance when needed and always felt fully supported.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do and being involved in Legal is satisfying to me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am hourly and can earn overtime in situations when it is warranted and approved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are so many diverse individuals working together in an environment where everyone is comfortable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like the regular meetings, even when there is nothing new to go over, we still meet weekly and exchange ideas.

The different ways we share information, so everyone is on the same page. The technologies available allow many forms to communicate with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate their quick reply/response to my questions or suggestions. Also their appreciation for doing the job, and empathy when I have any outside barriers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am an hourly employee. Often, 8 hours per day is not enough time to do my job. I appreciate any approved overtime, often billed to the client.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our common goals, and the ideas and suggestions gathered when collaborating. Our team has various background and experiences. When they are shared, we can be more effective, and more successful.
What makes you most happy at work?
It is comforting to have regularly scheduled tasks every week. Though execution of those tasks may vary widely, I have most of the tools to do what I need to do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Epiq does not put themselves on a pedestal, like you might imagine those in charge of a global organization. There are communications with leadership, good news or bad, and you will always feel heard.
