The health benefits, namely BUPA, are particularly helpful, although there are many exclusions such as minimal support for neurodiversity and pregnancy care. Still grateful for the policy though however.

Compared to other companies, Epiq doesn't pay as well (especially when compared to companies that deal primarily with technology). Considering the financial health of the company, the rate of growth, the profit margins, and recent divestiture of GBTS, workers deserve a slightly bigger share.
