I truly enjoy working with my boss and our small team. The projects I work on are meaningful and allow me to contribute in ways that leverage my skills. Having the opportunity to explore different paths has been incredibly rewarding, and I especially appreciate the flexibility to work from home.

Organizational restructuring on what seems a quarterly basis forcing people into roles they never intended to be in. Very little control or autonomy of career path. Stop treating people like pawns.

Too much babysitting of other teams to perform their own tasks so I can perform mine. More collaboration on new or changing of processes to make sure all stake holders are involved when something new or changes need to be made instead of assuming a department can just figure it out.
