They seem to really care about you as a person. My Manager checks in with me often and always cares about how my work is doing but also who I am doing.

I think the health care benefits could be better. We have a lot of cost to pay which the insurances do not cover for whatever reason.

a few years back I was in the middle of my range, now I'm close to the minimum
