Great people and the workflow is always good and steady.

They are smart, with lots of experience and are always ready to learn, teach or just listen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very pleasant and willing to help. They speak always and make you feel included and part of their team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the health care benefits could be better. We have a lot of cost to pay which the insurances do not cover for whatever reason.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to really care about you as a person. My Manager checks in with me often and always cares about how my work is doing but also who I am doing.
