Again, this company has changed my life, it is the best company I have ever worked for. If you out in the effort, it is noticed. I will retire at Waste Connections, I still have 20 years to work and expect every last one of them to be here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Safety and creating new, innovative ways to continuously make is our priority in every thing and decsion made. We make decisions and have conversations as a team, its all a team effort.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is truly remarkable. We have such an amazing culture, with universal buy in that other companies do not achieve. We are all so intuned with safety and our priorities, we are all on equal footing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a member of leadership, my compensation package includes not only a performance bonus, but company shares. They are invested in me for the long run. The 401k match is a generous 5%, I feel well taken care of.
What makes you most happy at work?
This company changed my life, I wish I found them earlier in my working days. I am.abke to make a difference at work, and know I can support my family the way I need to. The opportunities are endless and that is amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they put in heart and the time to make sure I am successful and that our team has everything they need to operate and make conscious daily decisions according to our core values. They make me feel valued, I matter, I am not just another number.
