The only good part about this company is the wages and benefits are good for the work we do.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works hard and gives so much support to each other, emotionally and mentally. You can tell we truly care about one another and getting the job done and having fun at the same time.

I have good coworkers and we work well together as a team. We have good communications with each other as to what is going on and what needs to be done. It's our leadership that is lacking these skills.

Start by supporting your employees instead of tearing them down. We do good work, don't just point out mistakes or problems. Leadership needs to improve their communications skills and learn how to treat their employees as real people, not just a number.

So much wrong and it would take very little to make improvments. Start by listening not just talking over every one. That is a start.

Sometimes, can feel overworked and under appreciated. Middle managment is overworked especially. This can cause a lot off office stress.
