What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am very thankful for the family oriented atmosphere here at #5010. Having 2 teenage boys, plus working 30 min away from home, sometimes life happens and I need to leave work. Leadership is always so understanding, and I feel like they really care.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even playing field for bonuses. I feel some depts have the a lot of opportunity to earn extras while some depts have little to none. When someone is promoted I feel there should always be a salary review. While increases are applied at the time - they are based off a lessor starting wage.

Normally I don't received feedback. If they at least let me know or appreciate somehow the "good" job that I am doing, I will know that I am doing ok and I am able to grow. Not necessary with a better pay, but at least providing a better benefits, or something else or idea.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co-workers could assist without telling others that I needed the assistance. Also, they could be honest; one of my co-workers has made an accusation that I use my phone while at my desk and my manager accused me of it as if it were fact. She even rewrote my job description to include no phones.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am told that it would take a while to learn how WC does things but when I ask for help, I am expected to remember from the first two times of being told or shown. My co-worker says she will help but then she goes to tell my manager that she had to help. My manger projects after meeting w/ her mgr.
