it doesn't matter since my manager doesn't really care and gives broken promises. coworkers with less experience receive more pay and treated better than long term employees.

I believe no one truly knows how much I do and feel that with my tenor I should be compensated a more. I feel like a ghost when it comes to being included

I believe that advanced degrees should play a role in compensation. I understand that it should come with more responsibility and I totally support that but in my personal opinion and experience, other companies are setting base salaries for minimum degrees and giving more for advanced degrees.
