What is the best part about your compensation package?
I waived the medical benefits but had I chosen the option is incredibly affordable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't necessarily feel undervalued as a whole. I know that I am a valued part of this company. I do however, feel that when an employee has worked here for 3-4 years and the new hires are being compensated almost the same rate, it is quite discouraging.

Our Customer service Team wears all the hats. We must know every detail about all departments. This includes, Sales information, routes, trucks, billing, dispatch, disposal & all department pricing. Truck limits for service and system processes.

very laid back, its cool dogs are there. except the one dog this gal brings in that she tells us we cant even look at him or he will bark and growl at us. why bring the dog?

Everyone is always so friendly and supportive. You can get to get at least 3-4 smiley "good mornings" when you walk in. The teamwork is also amazing. Between CSR's themselves but also when it takes the CSR's, operations, and/or dispatch together to solve a problem, the teamwork really shines.
