This has been a great experience. I have never worked somewhere where I felt so at home and comfortable from day one

All the the workers are nice and helpful in many situations and the staff takes care of problems that occur as fast as possible

I work at Penn Waste 6356, Every day we come in is a challenge, but I feel as though we are making a difference, most days feels like operations wants to go out of their way to make things harder that need to be done. The shop team is Amazing, and the teamwork is through the roof. enjoy every day.

Im going on my 4th year working for this company, it has gave me the tools to advance in my career, Management has always help me with any issues ive had that being work related or at home, Im greatful to work for this company and will hopefully retire from Waste Connections.

Maintenance leadership is some of the best in the business and we go above and beyond for our techs to get the certifications as well as sending our leaders to classes to become the best leaders they can be.

I'm a second shift worker and the management team is extremely knowledgeable cooperative and courteous

What i like best about our leadership team is that there is always constant communication and always make sure we are all safe.

Mentoring and Promoting within, they are hiring Managers from outside of waste connections.

The area we work in does not allow for good pay. Our ceo cannot afford to pay us more due to not enough money. Some overtime would help.

the commodore we have , being in maintenance you only ever hear bad news from drivers about they're unit being broken or down, we do a good job of working as a team and sticking through the long nights together.

The best thing is how we keep pushing, even when we get stuff thrown our way from operations side, we keep pushing and fixing trucks, making the fleet safer one day at a time.

The second shift management team are the one's who set a positive vibe throughout the day

When shop and Operations come together and do cookouts for us. We should have company picnicks every summer.
