Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

WCI has been a good company to work for over the years. I think the company, and in particular Corporate, has struggled to connect with the field over the past few years. Many Corp initiatives are launched on the field with poor roll outs and communication making it challenging to execute locally.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our site centers around the concept of "work hard, play harder". Our company emphasizes the concept of "work family"

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to the drivers a little more for certain issues but management is good for the most part

My overall experience at work is great. I love the people I work with and the job that I do everyday.
