It is great!! I wish I would have started here years ago!!

I love my job. I am challenged to do my best while never being asked to sacrifice safety.

I've been working for this company for 20 years. That should tell you enough. Lol. Great company to work for.

Very welcoming and easy to ask questions to supervisors about anything,

I am hearing the same message from the top all the way down to the drivers. They are always asking if I need anything and make sure I have the correct equipment to do the job correctly.

They respect me. They hear me. They train, trust, and empower me to do my job to the best of my ability while keeping myself and my community safe.

They're good people. Generally care.

Leader ship should be about respect to begin with why do I say this management uses the F word in meetings all around the building I don't think that's professional or polite that needs to change ASAP.

Communication and more money and fix this big routes

Not only is the pay good I havent had to spend a dime on anything I need. From boots, uniforms, gloves, really anythjng i could think of and more they have provided.

Here in the state of Colorado everything it's very expensive in need of a pay raise

More money more help on recycle routes and make route more smaller

Need higher wage for our hard work inflation is very high cost of living is getting tough. Raise would help alot

Starting pay for new drivers is close to what regular drivers that have been working here for 5+ years

The best part is that all of my coworkers are on the same page when it comes to safety.

We all work hard to reach the same goal. Service our community safely.

Most of them are good teammates. We work well together. Team.

They are a great bunch of guys some could be a little better

There is a certain group that only talks with each other and they often talk about others if your not in that group, feels like a middle school experience

Safety comes first before anyyhing. Not only do they say it they expect it.

Shuts down rumor mill, empowers and listens to the front line employees.

We all like each other. Joke around a lot.

Competitive pay and the workers that go above and beyond to be recognized because I feel like even if you work harder then anyone else you will get treated as the slowest person. Even if you help twice as much.

The fact that im not having to sacrifice being safe just to do my job.

Knowing my customers can depend on me to do my job, and do it safely. That no matter the weather or other variables they know I'm coming. By taking care of my customers I can provide and take care of my family.
