Waste Connections – I have mixed feelings about how I feel about the company, when I first came, everything seemed fine, the people were nice and professional. Now that I have been here for a while, I am realizing that things are kind of all over the place and unorganized. I don't see any opportunities for advancement. | Comparably

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My coworkers dont get along, they have sides

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I dont know what is all included in it

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Organize better, and better communication

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I think there needs to be better communication between the staff and the drivers, now that I have been here for a while, I can feel tension between them, and it makes me uncomfortable to really converse conversation with them.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

What's going wrong is that there is a cultural and racial split at the job, alot of gossiping, and at some point in time, I think that issues between the drivers, mechanics, and office staff needs to be addressed before something bad happens
