WCI has been a good company to work for over the years. I think the company, and in particular Corporate, has struggled to connect with the field over the past few years. Many Corp initiatives are launched on the field with poor roll outs and communication making it challenging to execute locally.

Overall decentralized approach coupled with servant leadership model.

The team appears to stay positive and consistent. The company has become more invested in its people in recent years.

I enjoy the people that I work with and the latitude to grow our own culture within the broader company culture.
