Overall, the experience at this company has been a great journey where we have learned how to be our own company, different from the main, but holding the same wonderful values and appreciation as the parent company. We have journeyed into independence and learning how to do well on our own!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company is always sharing information about other cultures, especially from the Philippines office. We are so open and celebrate every culture's holidays, and respect each other regardless of race, religion, or sex. I LOVE that about this company!!
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to talk to and spend time with my team members! Being able to work on something completely new every single day (always new and exciting problems; no boredom!) Staying busy all day and never having a dull moment!!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No cost Co-Op plan for everything (Health, Dental, Vision) is something you do not hear about. This is a FANTASTIC perk. The other is remote work. Some would leave without full remote work ability, so making it available makes the DIFFERENCE between this and any other company to work for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm sure every team is like this, but I can only speak to the team I'm on, and they are some of the best people/best team I have ever worked with. We have a close-knit relationship, we understand whom is good at what, we communicate effectively, and we stick together!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are people, like you and me, and always have their door open and are willing to hear feedback by staff. Not only now, but these numerous surveys they request PROVE they are ALWAYS checking in on us and making sure we have the best things needed to do our job and happy!!
