Crusoe: Crusoe has a promising mission and financial backing. Crusoe has incredibly poor leadership, does not live by their stated company values, and blames subodinates for failures of leadership. Turnover is high here and top talent doesn't stay because it's as a whole a poor place to work.
SpotOn: Job is not as advertised. They do not pay a livable wage, the management and HR are incompetent and condescending, and they do not care about the employees as individuals. They expect you to do the most but do not compensate appropriately or show any kind of appreciation. Extremely toxic environment
