I dont think our main focus should be how many phones we sell it should be making meaningful long lasting relationships with our customers

was really good till they decided to sell us off to another company. after being one of the top performers in the company

Wish covid never happened but even before it did we all started to feel like #s not people who are "valued" beyond manager or dsm. Commission should compete with industry standards. We dont want to leave, but may to find better pay. Targets are getting out of control
