What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating, less micromanaging, and reevaluating their expectations for the stores that they oversee.

Leadership needs to improve communication skills.
Delegating tasks, keeping up with operations, and ensuring everyone is getting fair training.
Not spreading rumors and gossip and not favoring certain employees
Customer service training rather than corporate training. Needs better culture
Less micromanagement and more opportunities for employees to give feedback
communication and getting rid of people who can not tell you the TRUTH!
