What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They actually need to want to work. Everyone is lazy. Mever receive packages in RQ, never follow the JAMES process, never clean the store, etc
Need a teamwork attitude instead of ignoring needs of other team members
Lack of coworkers made it tough. Everyone keeps quitting because we are paid far below other Verizon agents.

stop lying to co workers and the male DISTRICT MANAGERS need to stop trying to sleep with female employees..if you tell them no they come down on you and make you hate the job
