What are some of the best things about your team?The coworkers I have are almost like family. It is a good environment to be in. They are supportive and uplifting. They also try their best to help each other meet our sales goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?If the hourly salary was higher. I believe that the company does not value their employees and the time and effort that we put into working and interacting with our customer base. I feel as if our concerns and options do not matter to te company and that the higher managers aren’t willing to liste
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communicating, less micromanaging, and reevaluating their expectations for the stores that they oversee.
