they help me when they feel like it
I feel like the company has become less and less family friendly and the employees are not valued. We dont have a way of earning nore vacation tome and when we use the vacation time we have we get our check docked if we havent had time to hit our sales goal.
Leadership needs to improve communication skills.
Low pay, great atmosphere but I can't support a family with these checks.
The company is really helpful in times of need.
