I was the manager in store. Never received the propper manager training and i was accused of doing my job wrong. Dont tell me im not complaying with my job if i wasnt given the propper training.
I feel valued! But the compensation is not as competitive as other companies in the industry.
more competetive commission payscale and more transparency with how you get paid. NO ONE knew how they got paid when I worked there and one of them was there for a year
Salary equates to below national average when number of hours worked considered
Underpaid. Kept us open during pandemic with unrealistic goals so we wouldn't get any bonuses and stopped our 401k match. The same thing I sold for russels and made $13 on I now sell with another verizon agent and make $110. Night and day comparison.

They actually need to want to work. Everyone is lazy. Mever receive packages in RQ, never follow the JAMES process, never clean the store, etc
Need a teamwork attitude instead of ignoring needs of other team members
Lack of coworkers made it tough. Everyone keeps quitting because we are paid far below other Verizon agents.

Competitive wages. It's that's simple. Not even asking more just the same as everyone else.

Feel hopeless at times. Don't want to feel like a failure if I do not hit the #. I see tm that hit # their entire career missing. Everyone wonders who will loose job next or what store will be closing We fight to perform and feel like wheels are spinning

Better management, better pay, stop cutting commission. Better commission. Train management to not gossiping horrible about every employee. Positive reinforcement instead of negative. Stop with the threats. Fair hours. Close on Sundays.
