Tivity: The executive team listens to colleagues and actively listens to us to see how they can make things better.

Merrill Edge: Merrill has a significant culture problem which starts from the top and trickles down to the representatives. Nobody seems to take any accountability for their errors which are pervasive. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Esri: Overall very positive - people are friendly, helpful, and there are a wealth of resources to get me started. I have been assigned multiple mentors. Leadership are accessible. ToT environment sometimes means there are too many cooks in the kitchen. Significant amount of unprofessional gum-chewing.
TaskUs: It's all good but somethings need to be improve. We need to get more opportunities for the growth.
Johnson Controls: There are managers at different levels trying to cut costs on the field. As a result every new project engineering time gets chopped. Engineers are required to do perform administrative tasks to meet these managers demands in addition to the technical stuff they perform.
