I have made a good amount of money here and enjoyed it enough. I just don't see it as a forever job due to the lack of career progression and what you need to do in order to get into leadership. Perhaps getting out of sales may help.

Good culture and camaraderie. Have made a bunch of friends outside of work at ADP.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusive culture and at times, it can be fun to be around others in the office if you are on a good team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Typically good people, for the most part. Most are interested in their own self interest in sales unfortunately. But, the culture is solid if you are around the right team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
ADP can value tenured employees way more. In sales, its a a turn and burn operation. Everyone just feels like a number and it doesn't make tenured folks such as myself feel valued.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked at this company in sales going on 7 years. It feels like as you succeed, they punish you with larger quotas and more responsibility but less incentive. It becomes harder to match prior year commissions based on high growth targets. All you get in return is a title promotion really.
