Feeling valued and included by not just the leadership team but by my peers as well.
Keep our business unit current with business changes and overall communication.
To be objective when it comes to the promotion and not to have preferences for the country they represent.
Communicating in a way that builds trust.
Stop asking us to manipulate stats to give 'sea of green' dashboard. Its uncomfortable & creating stats that mean nothing as they are fake. I am a strong believer in the power that statistics have & how useful they can be but what we are being asked to do by our Service Dir makes a mockery of it all
I do not use ADP benefits as I use my husbands

401k, Pet Insurance, Time off
Health Reward challenges to incentivise healthy habits.
An opt out a heslth insurance for other insursnce would be nice. I know others make more with less experience. You have to leave and come back to truly receive a bump in pay.
We were recently accquired and the previous company didnot have any proper guidelines for compensation. I am hoping ADP will do the right thing. Team member are compensated more than Manager.
The pay package could be improved
Took a bit of a paycut to come here and would love the opportunity for more money and advancement.
I am held to a higher standard than a PRS but I am the same pay grade level. Can't move to another position because I am Remote. Carlos said remote staff can't get different roles now. Have to be hybrid.
We all help each other out

They are a world of knowledge, educational, fun
Inclusive, funny, outgoing, they really put the TEAM in team work!
Willingness to help and knowledge shared with others.
Less meetings where only some team members attend. Not all invited.
All good , really not sure
Share valve in our meetings, not what they ate for dinner the night before.
They don't need to improve anything, they are the way they are and I am the way I am and we have to respect each other the way we are.
I feel some folks were promoted into managers roles for the wrong reason and were not ready. they are doing the day to day stuff not managing their staff which impacts other teams we need better communication and collaboration
Everyone is friendly and helpful

the culture and environment of ADP is very diverse and gives all ethnicities an opportunity to be included in every aspect of ADP

Always something to do and people to talk to
Coworkers are willing to hear different points of view with the goal of providing the best quality of service to our clients.
All of things outside of your job duties that allow you to get involved in the community and network with others
Follow through on company rules and make sure that all are complying.
People need to get back to wanting to do a good job and service their clients
I would say to educate the people to make the culture better.

Learning new things, talking to customers
Filling positions for the client.
Treat all employees equally. Regardless of race, colour, location. Stop higher ppl that have zero payroll knowledge.
I think we've always struggling to maintain enough reps to give clients the most time and attention that they honestly expect from us. Burn out becomes very real and hard because with experience, you feel pushed to take on more.
its total chaos on the lyric side of the house. we dont have the proper support or support mechanism clients are being onboarded too fast and not fully prepared the service team has to work twice as hard to stabilize once turned over
I feel like once we are actually paid good money. Everything will be fine. This is a billion-dollar company, and we get pennies compare to the people who are the face of the company we make the company as the "little people" doing ALL the work.
We are being asked to manipulate stats which doesn't sit well with me. It makes me uncomfortable and wrong. Just to give the director a sea of green - makes a mockery of the power that real statistics can have and how they can be used to drive change forward
