Overall very strong! I've learned SO MUCH, and that is mostly due to having a wonderful, trustworthy manager who invests in her team. It's just a shame that how our team operates is not quite standardized across other teams. I'm grateful to feel that my job is mostly secure as well!

It is a place to work hard to resolve complex problems. We work hard and are rewarded for it.

Although the work can be challenging and demanding, I've been happy with my professional growth at the company. We're often left with the trust of the company to devise solutions to complex problems. The individuals at the company, especially my team, are caring and easy to work with

I think with inflation where it is, what used to be a good wage is no longer so. I do appreciate the inflation bonus we received, but it does not seem to begin to offset the costs or amount to scale.

There is a lot of pressure being put on myself and my manager related to System Replacement efforts and my role does not look the same as it did several years ago.

Lots of increased work with no increased compensation

We focus on the energy we bring to each other and communicate with candor and empathy.

Our team is so strong and trustworthy! I feel very comfortable asking any question without feeling dumb about it! I also appreciate that we support one another during tough times like these!

My boss and my team are extremely positive - One of the company's golden rules is "Teams that trust each other thrive" which I find to be very true with my team!

Thoroughly defined goals, and focus on delivering, understanding the complexity. Very cooperative colleagues. Always helpful when needed.

No boundaries like seniority and juniority. all the employees talk each other friendly nature.

straight forward and communicative - I knew what to expect and the timeline was short

The interview process and related activities were well coordinated with sufficient information provided on expectations

I interviewed at the end of 2019 so I am sure some of it has changed! I remember it being pretty quick, maybe a week or so which is nice. I was kept in the loop during the process as well but from the sound of it today, referrals are not always kept in the loop.

Clearly, thoroughly checked the abilities of candidates, and choose the like-minded team I believe. Almost everyone has the same wavelength and enthusiasm to work and support each other.

whole interview process takes a week maximum. and communication between HR and managers are most satisfying things.
