What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very clearly invested in the company's mission, acts quickly, and does so with integrity.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting positive client feedback. When a client is happy with our work, it makes the work worth it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all very much care about each other, both professionally and personally. We work well together with essentially zero conflict. We have a culture of respect, appreciation and transparency.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to have a passion for the company vision and respect for their work and each other. There doesn't seem to be any "weak links" like I've experienced at other companies. Everybody is smart and works hard toward company goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think with inflation where it is, what used to be a good wage is no longer so. I do appreciate the inflation bonus we received, but it does not seem to begin to offset the costs or amount to scale.
