Right now with the economy, gas prices, WFH. Competitors are offering more money and permanent remote position. I feel like ADP should help offset the challenges we are all facing right now. Maybe decrease the hybrid days and just work from the office 1-2 days a week.

Holistically they run a good ship. They care about the employee and look to garner a decent work-life balance. I think sometimes the middle management is out of touch with the employee experience and there is a lot of work that needs to be done to correct the micromanaging that sometimes occurs.

I work hard every day and feel I do my job well and my manager backs me up. I personally think that a .24 an hour increase is an insult. Reviews and increases should be more that once a year.

I am a tenured employee and used to have the opportunity to earn stock based on company metrics. That changed about 5 years ago. It is based on salary and I still technically should qualify. When I inquired about it, was told it was too late for that year.

For one be consisteng, executives show up once a quarer to give you numbers and tell you you are the best and management is hiting team leads and other higher level positions and tells you that it is going to be filled by an external candidate because they do not have the right people on the team
