Higher compensation or more wfh availability to offset and be more aligned with our competitors

We are more like a family. Great communication. We share in each others victories and challenges
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Right now with the economy, gas prices, WFH. Competitors are offering more money and permanent remote position. I feel like ADP should help offset the challenges we are all facing right now. Maybe decrease the hybrid days and just work from the office 1-2 days a week.
