Yes I feel undervalued, at my department, we are performing to the capacity of two employees per person, and every time we or I would like to bring this as a topic for review we get the workaround and the politics mode gets the switch ON

when you do the same job as your coworker and you are paid much less than him, it decreases the motivation rate. increase my salary by 50% and change the type of contract

I would prefer more direct communication with the interviewers. I was tossed back and forth between the recruiter, another manager, and the interviewers to then show up on my first day being told "We were not expecting anyone."

My current manager has set up an unapproachable atmosphere her lack of Knowing how and when to show empathy is frustrating. To improve this, I consider the qualification for a manager needs to be based on people skills oppose to just work knowledge.
