I appreciate the bonus and stock. However, the pension should have been continued for those who joined with one -- stopping contributions was not rights (the 401k match is not a much as the pension contributions would have been).

We do not practice what we preach and do not always pay equitably. New employees are compensated better than loyal employees with tenure.
