Student loan program as it really helps!

I appreciate the bonus and stock. However, the pension should have been continued for those who joined with one -- stopping contributions was not rights (the 401k match is not a much as the pension contributions would have been).

I do think it is time for more compensation. Transparency into compensation of different levels would make me feel better.
