ADP is a good employer, but not going way beyond. It's ADP's job to know going rates of pay and benefits. They keep employees paid just enough so that a headhunter's call won't be as tempting, but not enough to make you feel "extremely well paid"/ "overpaid". I appreciate the flexibility.

Getting to work with smart people to solve challenging problems
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all look out for each other and are good work friends.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have knowledge in the industry and they encourage not having 100% of your life being work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We care about the whole person -- that they care for their families and outside responsibilities/interest. It's not all about work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the bonus and stock. However, the pension should have been continued for those who joined with one -- stopping contributions was not rights (the 401k match is not a much as the pension contributions would have been).
