Support and transparency about my performance
I love the fact that I can go to them with any thing, I feel valued as an employee as well as a person.
Leaders are supposed to provide a vision for the future that employees can get behind and attempt some sort of roadmap towards that goal. This shouldn't be tied to KPIs or goals for profitability, which is always the focus during calls, standups and meetings.
Generating a vision for the company and providing leadership beyond financial goals.

I am clearly underpaid and underappreciated at this time. I look forward to an opportunity for ADP to remedy this in the near future. I have and am using knowledge, skills, and abilities in my daily work that are beyond my current pay rate.

I am salary and work more than 40 hours per week. I am not promoted and have to jump thru hoops to get a raise. When comparing my salary to other within my own dept I earn less and when compared to other companies same results
when i took transition from sales to IT they mentioned they will be giving me opportunity in tech side so i reduced my salary up to 60% and after that they put me into night shifts and also gave me functional opportunity not tech side
I have been at ADP for many years and have become a huge SME for my position yet I've received no promotion or a larger raise to show the appreicate of my work. I repeatedly exceed goals, last half year it was 270% and received the same bonus as people who did half the number of starts as me.

my team is the people who perform the same job as me. They are great as they want people to learn
Fun, sharing values and also helping in when needed
We work well together, we support one another and each of us has a talent to bring to the table that makes work easy.
My team is scattered across the US in multiple locations and some are even home shored but we stay connected and help each other when needed.
Listen better. More critical thinking and less boiler plate responses.
Better communication, and not work as a silo
My team is stretched out all over the US. I don't really know them. The way they present themselves in meetings and on chats aren't always what I would say best foot forward. I have had people that I thought that before and once I actually met them, it was a different experience.

There is a good work life balance
Its about people who share values around me
the community outreach, I can see that ADP makes an impact in our area, from the BRG's that we have to working with public schools to teach about budgeting, to work at the food bank as well as habitat for humanity.
Inclusivity is one aspect which I truly love the most

vacation time and not working during the vacation

My job, I am so fulfilled in my role, I work with the best people and have the best clients. I love resolving issues for my clients. I know that I bring value to everyone that I interact with.

Stop babysitting us by making some required to report to an office while others are not. We worked independently from home for over 3yrs and being forced to go back to an office for some while it doesn't apply to everyone seems extremely unfair.
ADP needs to be more agile - we have so much old technology and too much focus on being dividend kings and not investing in our people and our tech
The tools the company purchased to process payroll are often either not aligned with our partners/vendors, very manual (risky and laborious) or extremely inefficient. I cannot see what the Celergo environment looked like when it first rolled out but even now inefficiency is obvious.
