What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The actual people themselves are the most positive part of the Culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all understand we are in the same boat and we all help each other where needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Time off and remote working is great. Please don't continue to stomp down on ease with which we are allowed to work remotely (even if hybrid).
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not being excited about work isn't a symptom that something is wrong... I would guess there are many people, probably a majority, that feel this way because work isn't inherently fun.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is meant to lead. Not sure if all companies decided that spouting KPIs is leadership but it isn't. Also telling your teams to "do better" or "improve upon last quarter" is not leadership. Give us something inspiring. Please!
