Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since they have consolidated the data center to DC1 and DC2, I don’t like the model. Suffering career, and placement is terrible.

Work hard, play hard. You are rewarded and recognized for even the small impacts. As a team or individually. And rewards are pretty creative and cool.
