The associates: everyone I work with. Plus I’m not micromanaged which helps me feel stress free and productive

Work hard, play hard. You are rewarded and recognized for even the small impacts. As a team or individually. And rewards are pretty creative and cool.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders are human. They take time to understand the associates and more. They connect, collaborate and have fun. They believe leaders create leaders and not empower over anyone.
