What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I feel I contribute to Revinate's growth, development and success by bringing my personality and expertise and that this contribution is felt, recognized, appreciated, and supported by others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the base salary could be benchmarked against tech companies on a regional basis and increased a bit. In addition to this, bonus scheme for specific departments should be revised and improved
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care! Not only do they care about the business and its health, but they also care about people, culture, and our overall well-being with the aim of marking both our company and product better day by day
