What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The new ELT needs to care about their employees and do more to maintain the existing culture at Revinate. The Equifax folks are unwelcoming, unkind, and difficult to work with. They also assume incompetence from legacy Revinate employees. They are eroding this company's culture.

Stop the nepotism in hiring and promotions. Most of management is from Trulia. Decisions are made in a silo. Management doesn't listen to the employees - fake culture.

The company really does offer work life balance, no matter how hectic work gets people are encouraged to take down time and spend it with their families. Not tethered to electronic devices.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compensation should be at least equal to similar positions in the industry at this time my position is under 25k under the current average even in a state like Florida where wages are low. Performance increases were particularly bad this year as well (the lowest ever) with an increase of only 1.6%

Working with professionals that try to solve the issues before they go for help and not the other way around like I've had to deal with since I started working.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Recognize its the employees that do the work, managers just delegate and show up late for meetings then derails the process. Meeting hijack!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Covid-19 hit - the entire hospitality industry has taken a hit. Revinate is near the bottom of the sector with software that is a luxury for hoteliers. The airline industry needs to recover then the hotels need to recover, and after all that then hoteliers may consider Revinate's software.
