What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team acknowledges that we are all people and don't treat us as numbers. The leadership team celebrates success and shares the blame on failures truly making the term team feel like it should be, a team. True leaders in every sense of the definition.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Top rate insurance with an amazing flexwork and 4.5 day work weeks really make this whole place a cut above the rest.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are all extremely intelligent and just want to make the best of our work. We push each other and elevate each other in ways that you get from an office but since we're all remote it feels like a team that cares about each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
togetherness - The team feels as a unit, while some things are siloed, the entire org understands and adapts and doesn't push back for the sake of pushing back.

What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to learn and no-blame culture that presses upon everyone makes it clear that things go wrong and while we need to minimize when it does, it's a learning opportunity.
