I'm happy with my team and manager. But unfortunately I have noticed that different sectors in the company are not given equal attention. We do our best for the company, but our projects are not into production yet and our efforts is not noticed.

I'd like our team efforts get appreciated and get attention from managers. I see the efforts of our sale colleagues is appreciated like every single week in meetings. But with our unit, its like we are not seen.
