It's been nothing but positive. This company has been a massive upgrade from my last place of employment because I thoroughly enjoy working with my boss, who's brilliant and is appreciative of his employees and doesn't abuse them.

I don't use benefits as much as I should but I think I'm compensated fairly.

Usually after meeting with my boss, he makes me feel like I'm always doing a great job.

They do their job extremely well and they see the employees as actual people rather than their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody handles their own job and responsibilities and there is never any question if they are going to complete something.
