I've had a great onboarding experience so far. Again, everyone is so welcoming, and you can tell that everyone cares for the success of our customers.

Seeing results for clients, getting to know new co-workers.

The fact my manager has time for a weekly 1:1 is great, especially in a remote work environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is working towards to the same goal, and truly a team. People are always willing to jump in and help, offer advice and are just so friendly! Makes it a super welcoming environment for someone new!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish my starting salary would have been higher, it was a little tough to push during negotiations, but the benefits of the company (and 4.5 day work week) are what ultimately helped come to agreement and take the starting salary.
