What did you like most about the interview process?
I was surprised that there was no discussion about the travel industry. They were more focused on my work history and resume. I had several questions and was able to speak with someone from leadership. The interview could have been for just about any job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Speaking to some very fun people is a very fun part of the job. I can focus on the mission and not worry about the money wasted on integrating the technology or on how much money was wasted on consultants. My joy is helping people get to their dream destination.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company model is a virtual call center. Employees are all over the country and recently the company decided to hire a staffing firm to replace regular Road Scholar employees. We didn't know one another well and now we have a large number of temps that rotate in and out of the teams.
