What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Openness on company direction and the big issues, could ask us what our goals are and advise on upcoming projects rather than assuming.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

CEO has no idea about the product and doesn't ask employees about major issues. We'd like more of a say in the direction of the company.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

US and China completely segregated, one verses the other. Need to combine efforts and share goals before moving forward, compromise is key.
