Knowing that there is no drama, everyone is there do get their job done and I don't feel that there is any animosity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the team members, they work with you if you're having things going on at home and they work with you to make a work schedule that works with your home life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I mostly enjoy the team building things we do, we welcome babies with gifts, send flowers to team members who have had a death in the family and we do little things like our most recent secret cupid where you can give little gifts to team members for Valentine's day.
