You raise the delivery fee but don’t natch the the cost for drivers gas and maintenance to their vehicles. Isn’t that what what DMR is supposed to stand for? Once gas hit about 4.15 soon we will be basically delivering you for you on our own money. We already aren’t getting maintenance recover

Once again. Allow managers to fire people that are the problem. Also provide competitive wages so you can keep good employees and provide incentives to those that may apply.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked as an assistant manage for a time under GFG. I’ve worked for for RT for a really long time. I make the same as new hires and supervisors who have to ask me how to do their frocking job
