I've worked here for over a year with hopes to grow within the department I'm in & cross-functionally. RRD falsely promotes internal growth & I've realized opportunities are posted but fill before I can get an interview scheduled after being offered one. HR offers little help for advancement.

Every body works for themselves. Need more collaboration, team interest.
