I enjoy the challenges of working at Sago, but it can be very political (getting the right people onside) but the daily uncertainty of the company, the industry, the economy, and the outside politics and social conflict of 2023 is emotionally draining

First, it's seeing the company being successful (meeting revenue goals). Second, the team making progress and delivering on initiatives that have immediate impact on the company. Third - seeing how my small contributions help #2 and #1
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's about as good as it can be working remotely - there are some incredible people that I never cross paths with online that I might socially in the same in-person work environment - would like to see some of the random online social interactions come back - speed meetings with a small groups
